Harley-Davidson “Revival” Model Coming
Apparently, Harley-Davidson has one more new model coming in 2021. During Harley’s 2021 digital model unveiling, you may have noticed a very brief shot of a fuel tank console with the word “Revival” written on its top. And with that tidbit, it seems that there may be a 2021 Harley-Davidson Revival released sometime in 2021.
We know about the birth of the new model thanks to a filing with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. That paperwork certifies the Revival along with the MoCo’s returning touring bikes.
We also know that the certification grants approval for both the Milwaukee 8 107ci and Milwaukee 8 114ci engine displacements. However, Harley usually reserves the larger, more powerful engine for its “Specials”. So if they hold true to their convention, the Revival should carry the Milwaukee-Eight V-twin engine in its 107ci flavor. This is the same engine that is used in Harley’s Electra Glide Standard, Road Glide, Road King, and Street Glide.

We don’t yet know the Revival’s unveiling date. However, you can bet that they won’t reveal it until after February 22nd. That’s when Harley will reveal its first adventure bike, the Pan America.
But they likely won’t wait too much longer than that. That’s because Indian is directly in Harley’s product lane. And, Indian is already announcing some of its 2022 FTR lineup. Accordingly, Harley may reveal the Revival before Indian’s marketing thunder can offset some of the MoCo’s.
It will be interesting to see just exactly what the Revival looks like. Time will tell.
