Gas Haus Bringing Auto and Moto Facility To Virginia?
A company hopes to launch a new recreational facility containing a “premier car and motorcycle exhibit”. The company, Gas Haus Holdings, hopes to build the facility in Loudoun County, Virginia.
The company is requesting an advisory opinion from the county on the potential use classifications and zoning requirements for the Gas Haus Car Bar and Auto Lounge. In its request, the company says that it would like to establish Gas Haus as a “premier destination for car and motorcycle enthusiasts. The specific location is not yet known, but the company’s Twitter page notes Ashburn, Virginia as its location.
Gas Haus says that the facility would hold 350 cars and 100 motorcycles. The building will be a 52,000 square foot, climate-controlled, secure facility. The submitted plans also show several optional features such as three-tier lifts, ground storage, display areas, and private spaces.

Interestingly, the proposal indicates that the company plans to offer various levels of memberships to the facility for enthusiasts and collectors. Tours will also be available on a daily basis. And, Gas Haus says that it plans to host several events throughout the year including weekend cars and coffee, motorcycles and coffee, as well as indoor “get-togethers” during the winter.
According to the Gas Haus Holdings plan, they hope to open in the Summer of 2021.
