advrider Adaugat pe 20 Mai, 2019 Share Adaugat pe 20 Mai, 2019 Ducati Riding Experience off-road training is coming to North America, with three separate courses offered next month. The Ducati Riding Experience off-road school has been running in Italy since 2016, teaching the Ducatista how to hoon about on their Multistradas. It’s the sort of affair you’d expect from the Italians, with the fun and games all happening at the Nipozzano Castle grounds in Tuscany. And if you want to learn how to really flog a Multi, it’s the place to go, if you can afford it. This is the same pattern we’re seeing with the North American version of the Ducati Riding Experience. Ten-time Dakar racer Beppe Gualini, the director of the program in Italy, will be making the trip across the Atlantic to work with riders. There are two shorter two-day training programs (June 3-5 and 5-7) and a third, more advanced program that runs for three days (June 7-10). Riders will learn aboard a Multistrada 1260 Enduro, with rental included in the price. The riders will spend the first part of the program learning how to handle their bikes in off-road scenarios. The program ends with a day’s adventure ride, putting those newfound skills into action. The program isn’t cheap; riders will pay $1,900 for the two-day courses, and the three-day course is $2,900. That’s expensive, but not many ADV training programs focus on Ducati machinery, and if you want to stay at the Sundance Resort, that comes with a price tag as well.
