Uniracing Offers Protection, Fun Colors

There are times when paint sells a motorcycle. For those times that you can’t get the bike you want, in the color you want, or maybe when it’s time for a change, Uniracing might have you… er… covered.

They’re Also Protection

These decals aren’t just a pretty face though. They’re designed as protection. Uniracing uses something called “GrasTec,” which consists of a layer of adhesive, covered by a layer of paint/graphics, topped with an anti-scratch coating.

Lots Of Fitments

The Barcelona-based Uniracing sells decal kits for a bunch of different motorcycles. The company sells what they term “protection kits” for the Yamaha Ténéré 700, BMW R 1200 GS, KTM Adventure and Honda Africa Twin. HRC Monster Energy Racing’s Dakar team uses these decals on their bikes. They’ve also collaborated with REV’IT on the branded Ténéré 700 that travels with the brand to various events.

For everyday consumers, however, Uniracing offers some very cool decals and graphics for the bikes we already own: BMWs of many flavors, the Multistrada, Africa Twin, Z900, KTM Adventures and others, as well as the Tiger 800 and, of course, the T7, among others.

Here’s a slightly breathless video in the style of some of the best Anime voice-overs, to give you a quick  rundown of the product and application:

You can use the decals to add a really cool pop of color to the inside of the rims or swingarm of your GS, or simply add a clear layer of paint protection on a beloved KTM. They also offer a 40th anniversary decal set for the GS, in three different color schemes. If you would prefer a fully yellow-and-black bumblebee look, this might be your ticket.

Since they are located in Spain, everything on their website (https://www.uniracing.es/) is in euros, but they do ship to US, Canada and the “EU West.”
