Aerostich Pop-Up Event Coming To California

California residents, take notice. If you’ve always wanted an Aerostich suit but you were worried about getting the sizing right, then now’s your chance to take care of that question—Aerostich is once again bringing its Pop-Up Event on the road, and it’s headed for California.

This October, the fun heads to the town of Pleasanton, which makes a lot of sense, as it’s on the outskirts of the Bay Area—and if Aerostich’s all-weather gear makes sense anywhere in California, it’s the soggy Bay Area.

As with previous Pop-Up Events, this Aerostich visit serves two purposes. First, the company will bring a load of merch for you to buy in-person, instead of ordering from the company catalog or making the trek all the way to Aerostich HQ in Duluth, Minnesota. There will be suits available in off-the-rack sizes, along with Messenger Bags, and other kit Aerostich makes in-house or sells. If you’ve long lusted over the kit in the catalog but been reluctant to pull the trigger without seeing it in person, now’s your chance.

Second, this is also a good chance to get sized for an Aerostich suit. I’ve sized myself for ‘Stich suits on three separate occasions, and always had a twinge of nervousness when I pulled the new suit on for the first time—”Did I get it right?”. Thankfully, through careful measurement (or perhaps dumb luck) I always managed to get suits sized correctly to my awkwardly-shaped body. But if you want to make 100 percent sure, Aerostich’s on-site staff will help.
